We post items Monday to Friday (with the exception of bank holidays where they will be posted on the next available working day).

Normal deliver time is between 2 to 5 working days from the date of ordering.
As soon as your package has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £40.00.
Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom as we are conscious of the shipping implications on the environment and want to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible.

How to ship your item back
Faulty or incorrect items
If you find fault with any item or if you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt in order for us to approve a return or exchange.
You will need to send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. Once we have received your item/s we will send you a full refund for the price of the goods (and the price of delivery if everything that was ordered is returned).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your purchase is not faulty and you wish to return any items that you have received, then you must let us know the reason why you are returning them to us. If you are unhappy with any of your products and feel that they are not as we have described them or not for the purpose that they have sold for then please let us know.
You will need to inform us within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have an additional 16 days to post it back to us. We will refund you the full price of the item(s) once they have been received. Due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns if the product is unopened and sent back to us within 30 days from purchase in a re-saleable condition.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Allergic Reaction Policy:
We love our products and hope that you do too. As everyone’s skin is different and reactions are always possible, we recommend that as with any form of skincare or cosmetics you should always do a patch test and wait 24 hours. After 24 hours have elapsed, if an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe.
We list all the ingredients on the product page, please read them carefully to make sure you don’t have a known allergy to anything listed.
We obviously can’t guarantee that it won’t react with your skin, as this is down to your skin and not the product itself. We therefore cannot be held responsible if any reaction occurs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
